Abstract

Today, commercial organizations actively use flexible management methods such as agile methods, including scrum and kanban. However, the use of agile, scrum and Kanban methods in the organization of project management of non-profit organizations is not considered. The article presents an analysis of the basic principles of organizing the activities of agile, scrum and kanban methods and examines the possibilities of applying the principles to organizations in the third sector of the economy.
