Abstract

Parks belong to this type of socio-cultural institutions, the main functions of which are recreation, organization of mass recreation and entertainment, carrying out information, educational and physical education work among the population of the city, region, and nearby residential areas. Currently, culture and recreation parks are in first place in terms of attendance among cultural institutions, but this does not give priority in the distribution of budget funds. Modern strategies and tools for assessing effectiveness can help in managing institutions in the socio-cultural sphere.
