Abstract

Corrupt practices are one of the constant threats to economic security and the main obstacle to the effective satisfaction of the needs of the state, carried out through the mechanisms of the contract system. Control, as an integral function of any management cycle, plays a special role in the sphere of public procurement, since this area is directly related to the use of budget funds.
