Abstract

Introduction. At present, all levels of government are continuously working on the formation of global information space and digital technologies in order to improve the information accessibility of the activities of public authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The need for a more detailed analysis of this direction and actualizes scientific research to develop promising areas of interaction between regional public authorities and socially oriented non-profit organizations (hereinafter - SO NPOs). The purpose of the study is to reveal key indicators and trends in assessing the interaction between regional public authorities and SO NPOs. Methods. By means of the system method the criteria and forms of support for SO NPOs were considered; by means of logical and structural analysis the provisions and conclusions were substantiated in terms of disclosing theoretical approaches and identifying the main problems in the interaction between regional public authorities and SO NPOs. Results. The article reveals the key indicators and trends of interaction between regional public authorities and SO NCOs. Conclusions. Identification of key indicators and trends in the future allows to actualize the directions of interaction between regional public authorities and SO NPOs, which can be used in the improvement of mechanisms for the introduction of digital technologies in the system of state and municipal governance in the regions of the Russian Federation to improve the quality of interaction between the regional authorities and the non-profit sector.
